Are we ever getting a pool?

No. We would all love to have one, but with our yearly revenue, there is simply no financial way to make it work.

My neighbor is annoying. Can you do something about it?

It is extremely likely that the answer is no. We are normal neighbors, just like you. If your neighbor is violating something within the HOA covenants and restrictions, we can intervene. However, that’s truly where our power ends.

Oh absolutely. We’re right there with you. The problem is, we can’t install them. All of our streets are public roads – meaning we have no power over them. The County has to be convinced to put them in. We have tried, to no avail. Please, give the county a call and try! It can only help.
