Are we ever getting a pool?

No. We would all love to have one, but with our yearly revenue, there is simply no financial way to make it work. Our dues would have to nearly quadruple in order to start entertaining that idea, and we would still be extremely shy. However, feel free to add a pool in your backyard! That is absolutely fine by us. Just please submit an architectural request for us to approve.

How much is the HOA fee each year? When is it due? Can it be monthly?

The annual HOA fee is $450. It is due on or before January 31st of each year. It must be paid in total, up front, and it cant be monthly. If late (February 1st or later), a late fee will be applied.

My neighbor is annoying. Can you do something about it?

It is extremely likely that the answer is no. We are normal neighbors, just like you. If your neighbor is violating something within the HOA covenants and restrictions, we can intervene with enough evidence of said covenantal breach. However, that’s truly where our power ends. Feel free to call 911 or the police department

I keep seeing stray animals. Can you do something about it?

No. We’re neighbors just like you! We don’t like stray animals just as much as the next neighbor, but we are all in this together! If they are bothering you, feel free to contact animal control, or the authorities.

People are speeding! Speed bump please?

Oh absolutely. We’re right there with you. The problem is, we can’t install them. All of our streets are public roads – meaning we have no power over them. The County has to be convinced to put them in. We have tried, to no avail. Please, give the county a call and try! It can only help.

Where does all our HOA dues go?

Our budget is made public through our property management company, C Dan Joyner. However, it truly is primarily property taxes, utilities, landscaping, and insurance. There is not much left over after those expenses are paid.

Are fireworks permitted in the community?

Yes, but if you are to create or cause any property damage, you will be legally and financially liable. No remains or ashes are to be permitted to land on any neighbors roof or property at all. If you cant guarantee that outcome, you assume the legal repercussions.
